We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- All original packaging and tags are intact
- The item is not part of our non-returnable list (see section 5)
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, indoor training tires (listed as “Indendørs træningsdæk” in our menu) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
2. Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to our address (provided in the return authorization email).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
3. Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or model:
- Follow the same initial steps as the return process (contact us for authorization).
- In your email, clearly state which item you’d like as a replacement.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship the replacement item.
Note: If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Indoor training tires (“Indendørs træningsdæk”) that have been opened or used
- Custom or special order items
- Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
